| AppID Correct/ App. Not Defined | Application ID is correct, but the application has not been defined to the Sentinel authentication service. |
| Defined/AppID Problem | The application has been defined to the Sentinel authentication service, but the application is passing either a malformed or null Application ID to the Sentinel authentication service. |
| AppID Is Defined/Intermittent Network Problem | The application has been defined to the Sentinel authentication service, but an intermittent network problem has occurred. |
| Direct Login Attempt/No AppID | You have attempted to log in to the Sentinel authentication service itself instead of attempting to log in to an application first. Note: If this is the intended reason, this screen has NOT been reached in error. |
